General Conditions of Contract 2015 (3rd Edition)

The course focusses on the 3rd edition of the General Conditions of Contract, published during 2015. Many users still, however make use of earlier editions of the contract. We will look at "what has changed" over the years and what users of these contracts should look out for and be aware of depending upon which edition of the contract they are using. The various editions of the GCC form of contract also, however, have a lot in common and these matters (e.g. the structure of the contract) will also be discussed at a high level.
